Extensive knowledge and training in rechargeable lithium ion and lithium polymer battery development, combined with the use of UL certified components, has enabled BTI to develop the safest and most reliable line of power products available in the market today.
All of our notebook battery products come with a market-leading 18 month warranty as standard, while AC adapters carry a 24 month warranty. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we pride oursleves on our rapid response time and flexibility in ensuring customer satisfaction. All products are CE certified, RoHS compliant and carry the appropriate CE and WEEE logos.
